  • The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for their intended application and is correctly installed by a suitably qualified person.

2. Installation

  • Improper installation may result in equipment damage, vehicle damage, personal injury or reduced product performance.

  • Agi-Drive accepts no responsibility for faults or damage resulting from incorrect installation, unauthorised modifications or misuse of the product.

3. Warranty

  • Agi-Drive products are covered by the applicable warranty supplied with the product.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

    • Incorrect installation.

    • Misuse or abuse.

    • Unauthorised repairs or modifications.

    • Normal wear and tear.

    • Accidents, water ingress, fire or other external causes.

    • Electrical faults external to the Agi-Drive product.

  • Warranty claims may require the product to be returned for inspection before repair or replacement is approved.

4. Product Changes

  • Agi-Drive continually improves its products. We reserve the right to change product specifications, software, features and documentation at any time without prior notice.

  • Product images, specifications and descriptions on this website are intended as a guide only.

5. Software

  • Software supplied with Agi-Drive products is licensed, not sold.

  • You may use the software only as intended with genuine Agi-Drive hardware.

    • Remove copyright notices or product identification.
